The hotel’s function team deserves high praise for their excellent service and remarkable flexibility. However, we do seem to find instances where the reception and bar staff seemed unprepared for Trafford attendees, despite being a regular customer with the same format each month. The function room provides a pleasant ambiance, and the food served is delicious. Additionally, the hotel’s location is particularly delightful, especially during the summer months. All in all, it remains an enjoyable Trafford approved venue.

The venue lets itself down with the lack of welcome when you arrive. Reception do not acknowledge guests and the bar can be hit or miss. The staff in the meeting room are great, very helpful and friendly.
Food was absolutely superb, The tomato and cheese starter was incredible. Great chicken, and a really lovely brownie dessert.
